Digital Impressions (also known as 3-D intraoral scanning) are the latest technology in capturing a replica of your mouth. By using a wand-like tool connected to a computer and advanced software, VIDA SMILES will create a virtual model of your teeth. These replicas are more accurate than a mold, and can be used for a variety of products. After taking a scan of your mouth, we will then immediately begin the process of making your custom-made device.

Vida Smiles requires approximately 3 weeks for most custom-made dental appliances to arrive. If technical difficulties occur with an order or a shipping delay occurs your order can take slightly longer to arrive. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Vida Smiles cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and orders cannot be canceled due to later than expected delivery times.
When your order is placed on the website you will receive a “Thank You” page, which will have an online confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Your order is then sent over a secure connection toVida Smiles. If there are any problems with your order, one of our Sales & Service specialists will contact you by phone or e-mail. You will receive 2 reminder emails about your upcoming in-person digital impression scan appointment with Vida Smiles. If you feel you are not receiving our emails we suggest checking your spam folder. It is recommended to save your appointment on Google Calendar or any other appointment setting app on your phone.

We stand behind our product and if you are not satisfied with it, we’ll make another for free. It can take a little time to get used to wearing a new tooth replacement device. Yet most people forget they’re wearing it within a few days or less. But if after giving it a try your new smile does not fit well enough, don’t worry. We will fix it for you by either adjusting it or even remaking it for FREE.
We deliver a truly custom-made device that fits the first time for about 9 out of 10 of our customers. That’s because every smile is unique and products of our quality are sometimes difficult to get perfect the first time. If you are patient and willing to work with us, we will remake and/or adjust it for free until you are satisfied. There is no additional cost for this service.
