Vida Smiles requires approximately 3 weeks for most custom-made dental appliances to arrive. If technical difficulties occur with an order or a shipping delay occurs your order can take slightly longer to arrive. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Vida Smiles cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and orders cannot be canceled due to later than expected delivery times.

When your order is placed on the website you will receive a “Thank You” page, which will have an online confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed.
