We do not accept any forms of dental insurance. Vida Smiles does accept all major credit cards, PayPal, FSA/HSA health savings cards, affirm 0% interest-free plans and partial.ly payment options for people with bad or no credit history.

During your appointment one of our dental lab professionals will match your teeth and gum shades by using a professionally designed shade matching guide.

Vida Smiles requires approximately 3 weeks for most custom-made dental appliances to arrive. If technical difficulties occur with an order or a shipping delay occurs your order can take slightly longer to arrive. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Vida Smiles cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and orders cannot be canceled due to later than expected delivery times.

When your order is placed on the website you will receive a “Thank You” page, which will have an online confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Your order is then sent over a secure connection to Vida Smiles. If there are any problems with your order, one of our Sales & Service specialists will contact you by phone or e-mail. You will receive 2 reminder emails about your upcoming in-person digital impression scan appointment with Vida Smiles. If you feel you are not receiving our emails we suggest checking your spam folder. It is recommended to save your appointment on Google Calendar or any other appointment setting app on your phone.
